Each product is crafted upon request, which means that it may typically take 7-14 days to fulfill an order, excluding shipping time.

Because our products are made to order, we do not maintain inventory and therefore cannot process returns or exchanges. We acknowledge this aspect of our business and are actively seeking to implement changes for the future.

All sales are considered final. Therefore, we advise you to verify the accuracy of your product sizing, shipping address, and billing address before shipment, as changes cannot be made once an item is dispatched. If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we will need to charge for reshipment.
